COURSE AGREEMENT
The techniques and processes taught on the Courses, MahaKriya and One Day Spiritual Retreat, are powerful and effective when learned under the guidance of a trained teacher and are offered to Participants of the Courses for their personal development. The techniques and processes are taught under the strict supervision and guidance of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and/or teachers trained by him. The techniques and processes are confidential and are to be used by Course Participants for their own personal development only. By checking this Agreement below it is hereby agreed upon by the Course Participant, Art of Living Foundation and Ved Vignan Mahavidyapeeth that these techniques and processes will be kept private and will not be practiced or taught outside of the Course Sessions without the written permission of The Art of Living Foundation and Ved Vignan Mahavidyapeeth. It is also agreed that if the Course Participant is given a process or technique for home use, that it will be kept private and will not be shared with or taught to anyone, either written or verbally, without written consent from The Art of Living Foundation and Ved Vignan Mahavidyapeeth. The Course Participant also agrees to abstain from taking notes or making recordings of any processes, discussions and/or lectures on the Courses. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Any cancellations through May 16th will incur a $75 processing fee.
