A: The sessions will finish at 5:30 Pm everyday. The course will finish at 5:30 PM on July 6th (Sunday).

- yoga mat (Yoga mats will also be sold for $10 at the venue)
- cushion/pillow/backjack
- loose comfortable clothing for the course

A. Registration is from 7.00am - 10:00am. The event will start at 10:00 AM.

A: Yes, Art of Living Foundation has arranged group discount rates with several hotels. LIMITED Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the Convention Center. We strongly encourage participants to make their own transportation/car pooling arangements from the hotel to the venue.

A: The course participant must book his or her own room. For Hotel contact information, please check Housing Page.

A: The course participant must book his or her owm room. As we cannot gurantee the availability of rooms at the hotel we highly recommend registering and booking your room in advance.

A: Participants are responsible for finding their own roommates. We recommend doing this ahead of time to reduce confusion.

A: Participants can buy food at nominal prices from vendors (that are indipendent of Art of Living) who have booth at the venue. Free food coupons will be provided only to the participants who registered before May 16, 2008 as part of early bird discount.

A: We recommend that you bring your own food as no special arrangements have been made for people with food allergies.

A: At registration, an escort will show you the rooms in which the children's courses will be conducted. This is where the kids need to be brought each morning and picked up from at 5:30 PM.

A: No. There is no chaperone service and it is necessary that you be with your child till the children's course begins.

A: The morning sessions are mostly in the designated course rooms. In the afternoon, Art Excel and YES! Students will be taken for outdoor activities. The details of the places where the students are scheduled to go will be available at registration.

A:We sell a large variety of AOL books, CDs, DVDs, yoga mats, backjacks, yoga bags and other goodies.

A: The Art of living book store will be open whenever there is a break in the course. It will close when evening satsang begins. Exact timings will be provided when the course begins..

A. We take credit card, cash, personal checks, and travelers checks.

A: All sales are final unless the product is defective.

A: We will replace them.

A: We only hold items for the day.
